Because Stuff Happens
At Fitness Adventures for All we understand emergency's happen and we will try to be as accommodating as possible to reschedule your appointment before canceling it.
If a rescheduled appointment can be made for that day - we will endeavour to change the time for you.
In the circumstance, that the appointment needs to be cancelled we will abide by following policy:
For Adults
All appointments for personal training will be scheduled directly on the website with payment made in advance. Payment options include debit or credit card, Paypal or with a promo code provided by your trainer. All promo codes are lowercase letters.
If a client has to cancel or reschedule an appointments, the client must contact the personal trainer directly at least 24 hours in advance.
If a client does not cancel or reschedule an appointment at least 24 hours in advance, Fitness Adventures for All reserves the right to charge the full personal training session fee that would normally be charged.
All cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance by phone, text or email.
For Kids' Programs
The client is required to provide it’s school schedule that includes school closings, holidays and staff development days.
Forty-eight hours advance notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. The client is required to provide a make-up date/time within the same week for that program.
If you cancel your program once the fitness trainer is onsite, no refund for that session will be given.
Fitness Adventures for All reserves the right to cancel any program if enrollment is insufficient. If FAA cancels the program, any fees paid will be refunded in full.
