Questions Parents Actually Ask

Q1: Is this childcare or daycare?
A: No. We’re a hospitality-based wellness club, not a daycare. Kids are always on-site in open, observable spaces during structured engagement blocks while parents are in the club.

Q2: What ages do you serve?
A: Our core programming is designed for kids roughly 1–10 with different activities and zones by age group.

​

Q3: Do I have to do Pilates to become a member?
A: No. You can choose Reset-only, Pilates-only, or Hybrid. Many parents start with Reset and add Pilates once they experience the club.

Q4: Can both parents be on the membership?
A: Yes. We offer Family Add-On options so a second parent or caregiver can share the benefits of your plan.

Q5: What if I just want my kids to do classes?
A: We offer Kids Blocks and programs on their own, but Founding Members get priority access and better value when they bundle with parent Resets or Pilates.

​

Q6: When are you opening?
A: Our target is 05/2026, with construction and permitting already in progress. Founding Member pre-sales will help us prioritize features and finish strong.

Q7: How many Founding spots are there?
A: We’re capping Founding Hybrid Unlimited at 150 families to ensure the Sanctuary and classes never feel overcrowded. Once we hit that cap, Founding pricing closes forever.
